How to Order

We recognize that each practitioner has his/her own model for getting high quality supplements to their patients. For some of you, this means selling botanical supplements right in your clinic or from your website. For others, it means referring patients to a local health food store or pharmacy. No matter what your preference, we have a solution to meet your needs.

Referring Patients
Many of you choose to refer your patients to a local health food store or pharmacy to pick up their Gaia supplements. While this is a viable option, we would strongly encourage you to consider an alternative method of getting our products into your patients’ hands. What often happens in this approach, unfortunately, is that once your patient gets to the store or pharmacy, the store staff switches them to a different brand that may be of lower quality. Store staff are often incented to sell certain brands or patients may indicate they are looking for a lower cost option. At Gaia, we take quality very seriously and commit a high level of resources to ensuring our products consistently deliver the purity, integrity, and potency you expect. That level of commitment does not come without significant expense. Thus, Gaia is not the cheapest brand on the market.

What often happens in a store or pharmacy is that store staff will try to move your patients from the more expensive (but high quality) Gaia brand, to a lower cost (and lower quality) brand. Unfortunately, this means your patients may be buying products that don’t really work. Worse yet, they may be buying products that are not produced using the most stringent sourcing, manufacturing, and testing processes available.
To make sure your patients get the high quality Gaia products you have prescribed, we recommend you direct your patients to purchase their products from Natural Dispensary. It’s easy – You set up an account with Natural Dispensary and receive a PIN that is unique to you. You provide your patients with this PIN, which allows them to buy Gaia products directly from Natural Dispensary. Patients can buy our products from the Natural Dispensary website or by calling their customer service team. This approach also lets you set the price your patients will pay. You can either have them pay full retail price and have up to 25% of the selling price paid back to your office, or you can choose to not take any remuneration and have the entire 25% passed along to your patients as a discount.
